Our Objective
Recognizing Professional Appearance.
The purpose of this challenge is to motivate and reward our security personnel for maintaining and enhancing their professional appearance, which reflects the company’s commitment to excellence and professionalism at all worksites.
Eligibility
Open to all uniformed security personnel employed by the company and in good standing.
Prize Categories
Three Ways to Be Recognized.

First Place
$5,000
Our top prize! This substantial reward goes to the security personnel who best exemplifies our standards of professionalism and excellence.

Second Place
$2,500
Still a significant reward, the second place prize is for the personnel who comes close to meeting the high bar set by our first place winner.

Third Place
$1,000
Recognition for your commitment to maintaining a professional appearance, the third place prize is our way of saying ‘well done’.
Evaluation Criteria

Uniform Neatness and Fit
We’re looking for security personnel who wear their uniforms with pride. Your uniform should be properly fitted, clean, and well-maintained.

Grooming
Personal grooming is a key part of professional appearance. Compliance with our grooming policy is essential, which includes aspects like hair, facial hair, nails, and personal hygiene.

Professionalism
Professionalism isn’t just about how you look, it’s also about how you act. We’ll be evaluating your posture, communication, and conduct.

Consistency
Consistency is key in this challenge. We’re looking for security personnel who maintain high appearance standards throughout the contest period.
Note: Eligible participants must meet all of the mandatory requirements as outlined in CEO Directive CD 007.1, Image and Appearance Standards. No exceptions.
Contest Period
How the Challenge Worked.
The $5,000 Image Excellence Challenge takes place from August 1, 2024, to October 31, 2024. During this 3-month period, participants must register, maintain a professional appearance, and be evaluated by a judging panel. Winners will be announced after October 31, 2024.

Entry Process

Step 1: Registration Form
Participants must complete a registration form.

Step 2: Two Uniform Pictures
Registration must include 2 clear pictures of officer in uniform (head to toe), including a front view and a rear view.

Step 3: Submit by Email
Registration, with pictures, to be submitted via email to admin@securemedy.com by Friday, August 30, 2024, at 5:00 PM.
Extra Credit Exercise
To improve chances of selection, eligible applicants may submit a 1-paragraph, brief statement outlining their approach to maintaining their professional appearance.
Judging Process
How Entries Were Judged.

Evaluating Excellence
Panel of corporate management judges to evaluate entries based on the criteria listed.

Behind the Scenes
Judge(s) will conduct random in-person site visits to observe participants on work site.

Deciding the Best
Judges will select the highest rated candidates (all criteria met) for consideration of prizes.

From Submission to Selection
Final selections to be made no later than November 30, 2024, by 5:00 PM.

The Path to Victory
Winners to be announced during upcoming 15-year Anniversary Employee Appreciation Gala.
